Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Introduction
This document sets forth the terms of the Seamless Success Guarantee ("Guarantee") provided by Rainvo ("Company") in connection with its Seamless WebPro Agency Growth Partnership plans ("Service"). The Guarantee applies to clients ("Client") subscribing to any tier of the Service, including the Core Plan Plan at $4,000 USD/month, the Boost Plan at $6,000 USD/month.
Eligibility
- The Guarantee is valid for Clients subscribed to any of the aforementioned Service plans.
- Clients must be fully paid up with no outstanding invoices to be eligible for the Guarantee.
Guarantee Period
- The Guarantee is in effect for 30 calendar days following the activation of the Service ("Guarantee Period").
- Claims under this Guarantee must be made within the Guarantee Period.
Guarantee Claim Conditions
- Clients must demonstrate active engagement with the Service and provide reasonable evidence of the Service not meeting the standards or outcomes as outlined in the Service agreement.
- Clients must have utilized the Service in accordance with the prescribed process, including attending Onboarding Mastery Sessions, providing necessary feedback, and collaborating with the assigned Product Manager.
Refund Process
- Clients wishing to claim the Guarantee must submit a written notice within the Guarantee Period, specifying the areas of dissatisfaction and any efforts made to resolve the issues.
- The Company will assess the claim and may request additional details or propose solutions to rectify the issues.
- If a resolution is not reached, and the claim is validated, the Company will process a refund of the first month's subscription fee paid for the Service within a reasonable timeframe, typically 15 business days.
Limitations and Exclusions
- The Guarantee does not cover issues beyond the Company's control, such as Client-side changes, third-party integrations not disclosed, or issues arising from external factors affecting the project's success.
- The refund is limited to the first month's subscription fee only and does not extend to other costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client.
- The Guarantee is void if the Client has violated any terms of the Service agreement or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Amendment and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify or rescind the Guarantee at its discretion, provided such changes do not adversely affect Guarantees already in effect.
